The main body of the forming machine is manufactured using precision machining and integrated welding processes with specialized jigs, and is assembled with high-strength bolts of Grade 10.9 or higher. It can withstand heavy loads, ensuring a robust and stable structure. Key components are equipped with Swedish Nord-Lock anti-loosening washers to ensure the equipment’s structural stability and reliability in environments subject to prolonged vibration. The entire machine frame undergoes vibration aging treatment to fully eliminate internal stresses, ensuring high quality and stability.
